Today we had the absolute privilege of welcoming Roger Sutherland to present to the women of the Victoria Police Force on how to get the most out of your body as a shift worker. His session was a masterclass in understanding the unique challenges female officers face when it comes to sleep, exercise, and nutrition — and how to navigate them with confidence and clarity.
Roger’s presentation was tailored specifically for the women of VicPol, and it showed. His deep understanding of the physiological and lifestyle differences we experience as females was both refreshing and empowering.
